What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician with Oasis ABA Therapy, you will provide individualized ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA.
– Implement treatment and behavior-support programs
– Collect accurate session data
– Complete timely session documentation
– Support communication, independence, safety, and daily living skills
– Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors
– Participate in supervision and clinical training
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional team members committed to supporting children and families.
– Active RBT credential
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Reliable transportation
– Ability to complete required background screening
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Consistent attendance and documentation
– Ability to follow clinical protocols and accept feedback
Where You May Work
Depending on client needs and authorization, services may be provided in:
– Homes
– Schools
– Daycares
– Community settings
– Other approved service locations
Assignments are based on client needs, location, schedule, clinical fit, and provider availability.
